The story of Megan’s House and it’s Founder hits the big time this Thursday August 17, as Tim Grover sits down for an interview on the top-rated Nightside with Dan Rea talk show on 1030 WBZ-AM radio.
Grover joins the veteran Boston journalist at 9pm, for a full 1-hour segment.
Rea, who began his career as a television reporter on WBZ’s sister television station and spent 31-years in that role, took over the 8pm-Midnight radio slot in 2007. He’s won numerous awards in both TV and radio. His Nightside program focuses on a variety of issues, political, economic and social.
The appearance by Tim Grover is part of WBZ Cares, a month long focus in August highlighting Megan’s House as the radio station’s non-profit of the month. As part of that effort, the station runs segments featuring the Megan’s House program and its positive impact in the fight against addiction.
Listeners are always welcomed to call in during the program. We encourage members of the Megan’s House family to chime in and share their success stories to lend all of New England and much of the Eastern seaboard insight into the amazing work being done to help young women in recovery.
The phone number to call into the show is 617-254-1030. Again, the program airs from 8pm-Midnight and Tim’s segment is scheduled to begin at 9pm.
