Drive for Show, Park for Dough
Gervais Auto Group has become one of the most important business institutions in the region, and their generosity toward Megan’s House is a perfect example why.
The Greater Lowell auto dealer owns a parking lot directly across the Lowell Memorial Auditorium on Merrimack Street. That lot, which is located on 33 Merrimack Street, holds 150 or more vehicles and is heavily used on event nights.
This coming Friday, June 24, Gervais Auto Group will donate all proceeds collected at their parking lot to the Megan House Foundation, as part of Gervais’ continued efforts to make a difference in their community. A large crowd is expected at the Auditorium that evening for the DMX, Ja Rule and Biz Markie concert at the venue.
Sales Manager John Martin says “he couldn’t think of a more important cause to contribute to,” adding “we are all in some way, shape or form affected by the opioid crisis.”
The parking lot opens at 6pm. If you’re planning to attend the concert or know someone who is, please direct them to the Gervais lot, which will be clearly marked by sandwich board signs informing attendees that their parking fee for the night will benefit Megan’s House.
