The Megan House Foundation is proud to host our 1st Anniversary Celebration, an evening of dinner, dancing and inspiration.
The event takes place Friday, September 30, 2016 at the UMass Lowell Inn & Conference Center in Downtown Lowell and features a powerful lineup up of guests.
Our Honoree for the evening is District Attorney Marian T. Ryan. Middlesex County’s top law enforcement official has been a passionate supporter of Megan’s House and a tireless advocate in the fight against addiction.
Honored guests at the celebration include UMass Lowell Chancellor Jacqueline Moloney, who will introduce District Attorney Ryan. Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito, who attended the Megan’s House ribbon cutting ceremony September 30, 2015, also joins us, as does United States Congresswoman Niki Tsongas, who visited the home in May.
The celebration will also introduce attendees to one of the current Megan’s House residents, who will share with the what the house and the program have meant to her.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception from 6-7pm. The speaking program begins shortly thereafter. Music and dancing begin at 8pm, featuring the dynamic, local band Rare Form.
